We had several quotes for a replacement oil boiler and the replacement of a copper cylinder with a pressurised unvented hot water cylinder. From the start Eco-plumb had the edge. Richard attended and quickly understood what we were trying to achieve. He even suggested the solution to our water supply issue ensuring that the correct pressure and flow was adequate for the unvented cylinder. The quotation was received that evening and was competitive. A date was set and the installation started on time. The courteous manner in which Richard and James approached the job was impressive. Our home was minimally disrupted and everything was tidied away each evening. The new system required extensive alteration to existing pipework to facilitate the unvented cylinder, including the decommissioning of the redundant hot water boiler in the AGA. We have been very impressed with Eco-plumb and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
